Extra Tests Pre-Surgery ????

Well, I had my consult w/Dr. Sudan & his team back on 18 Sept. His sent his letter to my "PCP" explaining I was a good candidate & bam...my PCP had me get a chect x-ray & more blood work & scheduled me for a stress test next week & a blood pressure test where you wear the blood pressure gismo around for 24 hours. While I was in the nurse's office getting all these tests scheduled, our PA came in & said Oh, Dee, your going to get that weight loss surgery, congratulations! This seems a little odd, cuz we haven't gotton the insurance approval back yet. But, I have the kind of insurance that if a Dr. says I need something, then it's covered. I just don't want a jinxed situation set up. I'm excited.....
