Any UNMC Bandsters with insurance?

I got my initial UNMC paperwork and am going to the the educational seminar on Monday. However, I saw on my paperwork that they do not submit fills to insurance. Have you guys experienced that or is it just a scare tactic on the paperwork? Also, if they truly don't submit, how much is it per fill? Stacy
