Doc. Visit today

Well had the visit with the Dr. today. Everything went well down another 4 pds. And had a 1/2 cc. fill. Well I feel so good and glad I had the surgery done and everything has gone so well for me I hope it would be this easy for everybody but we know we all are different . That was one thing I didn't know that I learned at the conference. That RNY may lose weight faster at first but lap banders lose for a longer time. Makes the excitement last and I'm sure your body is happy with the "gentle" losing. You ARE doing GREATTTT. Enjoy the sunshine..Jeanb

Hi Jimmy! Just wanted to say I had a great training session with you last night! I hope I can "grow up" to be the great group leader I know you are! I checked out your profile, just wanted to tell you that my hubby used to do Santa too. I will have to find an old Santa pic of him! He would have to have a pillow for a tummy now! hugz, Gina L
