Its my re-birthday!!!! :)

Today is my one year re-birthday..I started celebrating this a.m. by going to my aerobics class...so I think it will be a grand day!!! I am pretty happy with what my surgery results I have lost 125 lbs..but have stalled for now but with persistance I will lose some more!!! this is the BEST thing I have ever done for myself!! I no longer take any medication for my diabetes. I used to use 2 shots a day so for that alone I am grateful and thanks to the nebraska board for the continued support have a great day Jean K

Well like the old saying tell us were 29 years old and holding. For the WLS surgery people on your birthday we want to still stay moving on. Hold our age and let our weight move come off.
