Kind of frustrated.
I have done really well without a in person support group. But would really like to have one now. I am 9 pounds from goal and it is going so slow. I bounce up and down like a yo-yo. It is the same four or five pounds, then I will lose one or two and start the same yo-yo game with that four or five pounds. I am assuming that this is normal the closer you get to goal. There are a lot on the January board that are doing the platau buster thing, but I found that I can't because without a few carbs, I have way to many low blood sugars and when you are in the middle of a lunch rush that can be disasterous. (I own and opperate a restaurant).
Anyway, just venting has made me feel somewhat better. I know that I will reach goal, I just want it to happen yesterday.

Hi Hazel, You rock! You are doing great. It is always such a pain when you can't lose those last few pounds. Try changing what you eat. How about some high fiber cereal? Also change your exercise routine. You may want to add a little more exercise. Hopefully that will get you out of your slump. Keep up the good work. Mona
