Carol, did you go to the conferance in Gering last weejend? If not we can sure help you. I started out group even before i had surgery. and its been over 4 years. Jimmy and I run it, I think its working quite well and we have great support from our local tv station. they have had us on about 5-6 times in the 4 years. my cell is 308-539-5712 so you can call or email me anytime.
