Good checkup and updated my profile

Well had a Dr. visit on Monday everything went well . And I did something special I finally lost 100 lbs. Now I'll try to lose some more. And even updated my profile still need to get some pictures sent. Well we see every body in Gering that is going and don't be shy and introduce yourself. I'am shy (LOL****il later jimmy.
