Hi Jimmy, I also read the article. They were also on the today show. It really wasn't clear if they had the lap band or vgb. On the today show, the interviewer said that 4 out of 10 patients had complications with the band. That is outrageous. These people are grasping at straws looking for information to discredit the positive aspects of wls. Mona

I also saw this on the Today Show. It wasn't very positive for Prospective Lap Banders in my opinion. As Mona state that it said so many have problems. But it also didn't flat out say which surgery they had. On the commercial before it was on said Lap Band. Jess
