Hungry all the time
Hi Karen, I know how frustating it is to be hungry between fills. Make sure you are eating dense foods such as protein, fiber ,fruits and veggies. Also keep your self busy to take your mind off of eating. If you have to snack, snack on sugar free jello with a dollop of fat free cool whip or some carrots or grapes. Make low cal snacking choices. Your fill is coming up soon. Hang tough and it will get better. Mona
