Back from Lincoln

Well just got back from Lincoln today what turn into a two day visit ended being 11 days. But my mom is doing good and she will be in a rest home for a week or so until she get her strength back. So now I will try to get caught up on the boards. I think I done real well eating I feel that my mind now controls my stomach. There were times that I would eat just to eat but my mind no to my stomach. So it must work. Well we are registered for the conference next month so hope to meet and see a lot of you there.
