3 MONTHS POST OP

Hello Nebraska! I'am feeling really good, I just went to my 3 month post op Dr visit. Everything went really well, I'am right on track. I haven't had to take insulin since the end of April. I'am still on oral meds for diabetes, but I can live with that. Here is the real news, since my surgery date of April 4th, 2006 I've lost 90lbs. I feel great, except with this heat it's just so hard to keep hydrated. Thank-you for listening. Take care everyone and remember to stay cool. Brooke

Well Brooke keep up the good. I will try to stay cool just spent the last 11 days in Lincoln mostly at Bryan Memorial East Hospital. And it was hot there. Until later jimmy
