? about checkups

Ok I see Dr H every month for a check/fill(if needed). Well I saw him May 8th. Then in June 6th I saw Dot for a fill. Now this July I will be out of town when Dr H comes to Alliance. I made an appointment with him for Aug 25th. Do you guys this will be ok? There's no way for me to go over to SB to see him before then. We will be doing ALOT of traveling. I'm doing fine. My restriction is perfect. SInce seeing Dot June 6th I've lost 12 pounds. So I'm doing great! I think I will be fine without seeing him this month. By the time I see Dr H again I will knock his socks off!! I was losing about 4 pounds a month. By the time I see him will be down from 205 to hopefully 180. I'm 189 right now. I'm hoping for 9 pound loss by Aug 25th! So tell me it's ok.? Jess 253/189/140
