I'am back and how Lucky You Were???????????????

Well just got back off of vacation so I didn't get to make any post for a week so you guys and gals were lucky but on the other side of the big picture my wonderful wife Donna had to put up with me and I don't how "I" survived. We went to the Colorado Springs area went to all the tourist sites did a lot of walking and didn't have any problems I feel that my weight loss over the last year made a big difference in this vacation not getting tired or short winded. But it didn't help at the casinos either I still lost there.There's were you don't want to be a "LOSER". Well hope all of you had a good week and this week will even be better. Let's get this ole message board going or I'll have to give you my words of wisdom and we know that isn't very much. Until later jimmy

Hi Jimmy, I am glad you had a great time. I just got back from San Francisco. The bariatric surgery convention was held there. I learned a ton and got to meet some neat people. I hope everyone has a safe 4th. Mona

Jimmy, Colorado Springs has so many things to see and do, plus don't forget to add the altitude, the extra weight would have made it even harder to do all the walking you and Donna did. I got your cards, thank you. Surgery went okay, hoping to come to the next meeting. I am looking forward to hearing about our DS girl. I know she is going to do just fine. Betty
