ONE YEAR OUT TODAY

One year ago today I started my new journey at a whopping 318 pds. I did have a goal to lose 100 pds. But I didn't make my goal I missed it by 9 pds. So I'll have to try harder now. I feel this was a great decision on my part to have the surgery done. And I do still remember this is only a tool on my journey. I haven't had any problems to speak of yet. So like I say what might worked for one might not work another. I would like to say thank you to all of you that have responded to my post and all the encouragement that you have given me. So let us keep your journey going on a positive way. Until later jimmy

Really? One year already? Congratulations! Isn't life good. I swear I will never go back to being overweight. I had no idea how much living I was missing. I am sure you and Donna are on the run all the time now. Just walking is so much easier, I actually enjoy some light exercise. Good for you, keep up the good work. Thanks for letting me know about the meeting being a week later. As you already know, Monday is my Abdominoplasty day. Hooray. I hope to be a fast recovery patient.
