WooHoo!!! 198.2 today!!! I'm so excited!! I don't remember the last time the scale was below 200. In fact The lowest weight I ever remember seing is 203 a few years ago. So 55 pounds gone in 6 months! I'm very pleased with that!! What a great 6 month Bandiversary present!!! I bet you all hear me scream for joy this morning didin't you??? Anyways what happy hot day it is here in Alliance!

Thanks ladies! I'm just so happy to see the scale moving again! I truely didn't believe my scale would go below 200. But today it said 197.4! Yay! So its' still moving! Maybe Dot filled me to the right spot this week!! I hope it continues!!! I love this band! Jess 253/197/140
