Well starting on the countdown now, less than a week to go! Excited but nervous. Having lap gbp on 6/6 in GI with Dr. Goering. will keep you posted when i get home. By the way, I purchased the Gast.Bypass Cookbook that is advertised here and while it is informative, I don't think it is worth $25.00!! it is only a very thin paperback, maybe worth about 10.00. just thought i would let everyone know. later, laura

Lap Band on 01/22/02

Hi Laura, I wish you the best of luck on your surgery day. I also have a cookbook, "Eating well after weight loss surgery" that has a lot of good recipes for each diet stage. I will be thinking about you next week.
