if you need a pcp in Omaha

I just wanted to post this info for anyone out there trying to find a pcp who is supportive of surgery. Granted, it's different for every individual, but in general, these two doctors believe surgery can help people and are in favor of it. They both operate out of Lakeside Health Park on 168th and Center. Their names are Dr. Mark Oberlies and Dr. David Allen. They are doctors of internal medicine, and they're both great. Dr. Oberlies probably has a better bedside manner, but both are very knowledgable. Dr. Allen is easier to get into than Dr. Oberlies. I have seen both of them, and would recommend them to anyone needing a primary care doc for any reason. They are especially good for me because I have a lot of health problems and when I went to try to see general practitioners, they said I had too many problems for them and they wouldn't feel comfortable treating me. Just thought I'd put this out there for anyone's info. emily
