Stepped on the scale this morning and it read 205.  That means I am down 100 pounds.  Little Woo Hoo for me.

Maybe it is partly your hypo glycemia.  Can you say skittles?  Or your body is just leveling again.  I think you are right that your summer schedule may have thrown you off.  God, the way you plan your meals, I know that you do the right things.

Maybe instead of meeting for coffee, we need to start an exercise clutch!  I can always use more exercise.

Surgeon said I am a success and he doesn't need to see me any more, he will call once a yr and make sure I am ok- any probs call him. That leaves kinda an odd feeling in ones soul. Saves me a few bucks a year too LOL

 He thinks my weight is wonderful and that the numbers don't lie, proves I have been doing everything I needed/need to do.

Weight= 134.0 (original 257)

BMI= 23.7 (original 47)

Fat%=25.7 (desired range 23-34%)

Fat Mass= 34.5 lbs (desired range 29.5-51.5 lbs)

He says to expect up to a 15 pound regain, that just doesn't work in my book! I will try what I can to make that not happen, I can tell it is already creeping up.

 Keep working at my Vit D. Keep up my exercise and keep eating right. Last comments were that I should carry sugar tabs (like diabetics have) in my purse,make sure I am sitting down when my sugars get low and have a sugar wafer,stay safe. He said they will keep inviting me to the marathon 5K's, they are making that an annual event for WLS and Cardio patients.

 Ok, so in a nut shell I look wonderful on paper, now to get my mind to agree. Shopped for more clothes today.

Picked up some slim fast drinks. Will be hitting those cans sometime over the weekend and start the ball rolling. Won't be any less calories, but maybe just not the bulk of foods will be an ok start to the race track again. Drinks and veggies, here I come.

Guess starting to hit the gym again now that the weather is cooler. WEnt for a bike ride last night. WIll be active this weekend.
Ok, done whining.

I knew it would happen, I tried to mentally prepare for it, you will never be ready.

My D levels were in the trash can, doc up'd them. I have been trying to drink more dairy. Not my favorite choice of drink.

I have felt frumpy lately, keep telling Curt I am feeling fat- He always answers, there is no fat on you.

He is so wrong! Been getting on the scale, it tells me I am up yet another 6 pounds, so that is now 10 to 11 pounds total extra from my lowest. GRRR!

Today in my wisdom, I thought maybe I should put on my dress pants for work and make sure they fit ok. 3 pairs DON'T fit!! Now I have to go shopping before Tuesday. More GRRRR

Then I thought lets see where it is at, measured and sure as chyt waist and hips are 2 inches bigger.

There is fat!! I haven't changed anything except adding that nasty milk LOL. I am thinking with all my travels this summer it just finally caught up with me.

I think a week of water pills and protein drinks of some sort and veggies, like I did prior to surgery is in order. Get things back on track!

Top it off tomorrow is my 2 yr follow up with surgeon. Sighs he will ship me to the NUT and the story goes from there.

Ok, pushes in the soap box and is done ranting, I hope!
Thanks for reading my vent.
