Pasties.  I believe that's what those tassel thingies are called.  Now THERE's a thought, ha ha!!

It was nice to hear her perspective from a medical professional who shared so many of our issues. It really validated that all of our questions/problems/successes are very typical, but vary by individual. We'll have to have her back, she was an excellent resource!

 LOL--you just gave me a mental image of "darts" sticking out --you know, like the kind you throw at a dartboard.  Or lawn darts!  Oh NO!!  Frightening.

Wouldn't sewing darts into the cup make the cup smaller?  I have the opposite problem--can't find a cup size big enough in proportion to the band size.  I've thought about sewing in the band itself, but I'm a pretty ****ty seamstress.  Right now I'm still wearing the 36 with an extender sewn into it so I can make it tighter, hopefully that will buy me some time.  My next step just might have to be duct tape!  Pack those girls in however I can!
