BCBS of North Dakota--Cover plastic surgery??

Hello all! I can't believe I'm only 4 months out and only 14 lbs. to go to be at 100 lb. loss!! Time flies when you have the energy to do activities!! Dr. Bruderer had mentioned that after I've lost 100 lbs or at goal or am 1 year post op, to call if I want an abdominalplasty (sp?). He said his office would help with the insurance submission. So my question is to anyone with BCBS of ND: Did you get approved? Were there any qualifications? Thanks in advance! ~Kaylene 263/177/150
