UnJury??

I hear a lot of people refer to Unjury protein powder. I have recently tried a protein powder (not for rny'ers) that had whey and soy protein in it and it was supposed to be formulated to NOT produce gas...but when I drank it I horrible stomach pains (gas? ) about 10mins after drinking it.

I want to incorporate some protein shakes into my diet, especially for breakfast but I am leary to try protein powders again.

Can you get Unjury locally? Or just online? Any other protein powder suggestions that might not cause this effect for me...and that I can get in the Fargo-Moorhead area?

I think the only way to get unjury is online. I have the chicken broth and the chocolate that I would be willing to give you a sample of to try. I daily use nectar protein powder for my shakes. I have one almost every day.  We will be having a coffee group on June 18 at 630 p at luna's (unless the weather is nice and then we will probably be at lindenwood park). Please join us and you can get the samples then.

That all sounds GREAT! I will put the next mtg. on my calendar and plan to be there!!!
I really want to find a good protein powder to make shakes in the a.m. b/c bfast is my biggest problem, so right away I don't start my day off well.

FI: They aren't formal meetings....We have anywhere from 3 to 10 people that get together for socialization. Very informal. Drink what you like to drink with the except of alcohol.lol

Where's the group meeting tonight? Lindenwood or Luna?
I am not sure at this time if I will actually be able to make it now or not, beings my husband now has to work...but I will try! Anxious to meet some locals.

Group will be at Lunas. i had enough sun over the weekend and it is too windy out.
