Wednesday Workout Redux

Last night there were 3 of us at Planet Fitness working out!  We decided to do the PF Circuit Training.  It is a 30 minute workout that has 20 stations.  It was a lot of fun.  Please feel free to join us every Wednesday at 7:00 pm (if the time changes, we will post an update).

Yeah felt good, that is until Friday morning. I woke up hurting from those damn crunches! Guess what? It is time to do it all over again. Yep- work through the pain, work through the pain, getting older sucks, work through the pain LOL
