well, here I am again!

Oh boy (sheepish) it has been a while since I popped in here.

It has been far too long - 4 years ago since I had my surgery and I am doing well.  Almost feeling complacent and that I can't have.

Nice to see some of the same faces as before!  I will try to be better popping in.

Hope everyone is doing well.

Don't forget that next week on the 28th, there are some of us WLS guys and gals getting together for coffee at Caribou Coffee in West Fargo at 6:00 PM.  Hope you can make it.

REally??  What night is Thursday on in your Universe.  Ok, so I thought it was Wednesday again.  I think my doctor went a little too far when he did my surgery.  I did not ask for the frontal lobotomy at the same time.
