My liver biopsy was fine. That was a relief. Everything else looks fine and I'm healing well. I guess I'll just take it a day at a time and see where things stand on 6/20. That should be plenty of time to cancel the surgery if I need to. I guess I'm feeling like it will happen when it happens. I told him I didn't want to wait 6 months but waiting a few more so that the surgery can be completed this time will be well worth the wait.
Thanks for thinking of me and sending the good vibes. They are very appreciated.

Hi Paula,
I'm so glad to hear that your puppy is doing well and that you are recovering from your root canal. I've been lucky to not have to do that yet, but my husband said it can be grueling.
Also hoping you'll have your belongings soon. That must be incredibly frustrating.

Amanda,
First of all, congratulations on the lovely blessings you have had in your life this year! Secondly, you will probably find a great deal of information and support on the Pregnancy forum. I know of several women who have successfully enjoyed their pregnancies and gotten back down to their pre-pregnancy weight after delivery. Remember to take care of yourself and you will have to eat more, but you won't be 'eating for two'. If you keep a level head through the pregnancy and gain enough weight to ensure a healthy baby, but not consider it a license to eat whatever crosses your path, you'll do well. Remember that most of what the baby needs is also what you need. Plenty of protein and colorful carbs. As long as you stay on that path and minimize the simple carbs, you'll do just fine.
Again, warmest congratulations,
Barbara

I know that this has too be soooo hard right now, but know that you have already started your journey and that the surgery date will actually be here before you know it. Be sure to keep taking care of yourself.

We wish you all the best as you move forward in this new, exciting journey. I understand that NM is absolutely beautiful and I'm sure that you two will love it. That said, I know that you will be missed here. I'm so glad that you'll stay in touch virtually.

I was watching TV the other day and an ad from SpecialK came on and it was talking about decisions and how one good decision, leads to another, which leads to another... It's so true. Have you noticed that when you do get up and get moving, that they decision to take care of yourself by exercising some then leads to better decisions about what you are putting in your mouth, etc... I think that the opposite is true as well and it can be a very slippery slope; meaning that one 'bad' decision often leads to another and another. The good news is that we are constantly being faced with the opportunity to make a new, good decision.
Sooooo, what decisions are you making today to take care of yourself?
