Topic: Hello - I'm new!
Hi Everyone!!
I have just started my journey a couple weeks ago. I am going to Bariatric Specialists of NC. Dr. Tyner is my surgeon. I'm very pleased with how well this is all coming together for me. However I've run into one small snag...I can't find a doctor who accepts my insurance (TRICARE PRIME) for the psych eval. I will be spending a good part of my day off calling all the doctors on my Tricare list. Please let me know if you know of any docs who accept Tricare Prime for the psych eval in Raleigh. I'd really appreciate it.
My sleep study is Tuesday 8/4 and I meet with the nutritionist on 8/11. I'm so excited to have this surgery done (RNY) and get my life back!!

Hi all,
I got some good news! We don't owe the $3060 for our stuff! If we can come up with $530, we can get our stuff! So, please pray with me that $530 will become available plus trucks and helpers.
Tonight is a special event I am thinking about going to. I am still recovering from the dentist appointment which cost way too much and is not over. I never had so much trouble with my teeth until lately. Is that old age? Hmmm.....

Topic: Need a workout buddy in Youngsville, WF, or Brier Creek
Hey all! I'm having an aweful time getting my workouts in and I'd like a workout buddy if anyone's interested. I go to Anytime Fitness, and I live or work near the locations in Youngsville, Wake Forest, and Brier Creek (TW Alexander). I'd really like to go right after work in the evenings but if not we could maybe work something out. I just need to get out of this slump, and I've tried getting friends or family to go, but they loose interest after a week or so. If you're interested, please message me or add me and I'll send you my email!

I went to the drug store. Went to my Sisters and while there my phych called me and ask me if I could come at 2 she was not going to be there at 4 so I had to ru**** up. Back to drug store. Then trying to find some protein bars without any sugar at all. NO luck. Even the Glucerna drinks has sugar. I can't do any grams of sugar. I can't enough cheese or peanut butter or beans to get in 50 grams of protein a day. The doctor said at this point they wouldn't even do a feeding tube. I'm not healthy enough. I did buy me some tuna. Well it's getting late so have a good evening all. God bless.

Gas-x is good but walking alot helps too. I know its kind of hard at first (Believe me I know lol), but walking will help relieve the pain. U can do it!!

I did 4 nutrition units at Womack and three meetings with the dietician. I have done it all- now all I have left is that pre-op checkin stuff 5 days before my surgery then the surgery itself on August 29th.

I just wanted to say hi. Dr Classen is my doctor and he is awesome. I just posted before and now pictures of me on the RNY board. I am almost a year out and have lost 178 lbs. Have you went for your nutrition visit. I made pen pals with someone from the class. Anyway good luck. I walked the hall round and round. The nurses kept an eye on me passing their station. Maybe later on we could meet and walk the mall. : )

She said it may take a few days. They have to edit it. Anyway, I will be looking on line to see when it shows up on their website.
