Hey Holly,
I am a 9 months out and still don't get in enough fluids. I have been in the hospital 3 times for dehydration. I just can't seem to get down cold stuff. Hot stuff works for me. Coffee..........hot green tea. Decaf. with no sugar. I get burnt out on water and crystal light. And I can't have anything with milk or milk based products. So no protein shakes. I do the wheat bars.
Good luck to ya.
Amy
Hi Holly,
I'm sorry you're having trouble with dehydration...it must be miserable. I'm not having trouble physically with liquids, but I do have trouble remembering to drink water on the weekends. However, during the wee****ep a 64 ounce jug on my desk and sip it all day long and am sure to fini**** by the end of the day so I at least have that much...it truly helps me keep track and I can sip and type at the same time because it is so big the straw is at mouth level, ha ha. I've heard some people have trouble with straws, but I haven't found that they are any different for me than not using them. Good luck!
