Saturday Roll Call

Yesterday was crazy.  Our paycheck never showed up nor did our boss. She has the key to open the mailbox even if our checks did show up. Found out the accountant never sent them.  So now I am like no gas in the car and no money to get it.  So hopefully I will be contacted late this morning saying the checks have arrived.

There are several events I could go to today.  I may cop out on all of them and just stay home.  Since hubby is taking the VA job, we have to approach the landlord and find out how he takes this and see if he will extend our lease one month so I can get the place packed up again.  Oi.

I'm sorry that you'll be leaving us again, but hope we'll continue to hear from you. I hope that VA will be a good move for you and your dear husband. I know that change is difficult, but it also opens new doors to opportunities we never even imagined. 

Hopefully, you'll be getting a call from your boss that your check is ready and waiting and your landlord will be delighted to extend your lease to enable you to smooth your move.
