Tuesday Roll Call
Hi all,
Do any of you have any detox ideas? I feel like my body is full of sludge and needs a good clean out. I know there are some meal plans out there that are based on ridding the body of toxins, etc.
Today is my day off. I will be catching up on things. I still think I have to make some decisions on what to put aside and what to focus on. I have so many good things going on lol.
Anyway, it is supposed to be 65 today! I think I will go out and get some vitamin D.

Have a great day off!!! When I feel like that I go back to the basics, drinking my protein shake and broth and eating light things like veggies and fruit...
I have to work tonight, 7p to 7a, so I'm up doing a couple things and then back to bed for me... My challenge is always the same, I eat to stay awake (and I know it), so what to eat that is satisfying and will give me energy also...

I'm so happy to hear you are having a upswing in life. When I got on here last year I know you were having some really really hard times. I'm just so happy for ya! I think getting some sun, get a good nap (if you think that will help), and some moving around will get some fresh blood 'a flowing! Good luck!
Today I've been busy with doctor appointments. I'm praying I got everything worked out today. Nothing really bad, I'm just trying to get the right doctor. It's sometimes hard to do out here in the east.
I dropped a pound this morning. I'm back to my pre Thanksgiving weight. Thank goodness. Next goal is to get down below 210. I can do this! I'm going to do this!
