Hi all,

Good news.  I got an extension on my course to April of 2012!  I am so glad. Now I have plenty of time to get things done. Today is paying more bills.  Color my hair.  Maybe a massage but may reschedule that.  My poor hubby messed up his back again.  So he is struggling with that.  Well, that's about it for me.

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

 Well today I am just gonna have to go for my followup appointment from havin my gallbladder surgery last Thursday. Thank the lord I am doin good except for being nauseated for some reason but at least I don't hurt anymore. Other then that I am just getting the kids stuff together for trick or treating Monday. I am so thankful that I can actually walk with my kids and not stay home while someone else takes them. K well thats it for me :)

The last part of your post made me smile. Thanks for the reminder of something to really be thankful for this year on Halloween.

Today I've been running all over town getting some shopping done. I think I hit up 5 stores today. Gezzz! My DD was pushed to her limits. Have a child with a early November birthday is challenging! I found most of the stuff I needed for Halloween and her birthday party and didn't over spend!

No workouts today. Booo! Tonight I have work tho. I'm on my feet walking around for about 4 hours. I feel like that counts for something. I'm hoping to get a really good pedometer that can count calories for Christmas. I think I could get some answers on exactly how much activity I'm doing at work. Normally I don't workout on my work days, so it would be nice to know if I'm burning much in the way of calories at work.
