Monday Roll Call
It seems like I'm really struggling to drop more weight so far this month. I did a little test run with eating less per my WL website recommendation. Eating less did work and i dropped a couple pounds. It's just getting hard to learn how to eat less. I'm feeling deprived and then over doing it on the weekends.
Trying my best to just run right back int he game today and go for it. I've already decided on dinner and I know that will help me stay on plan. Morning walk, then dance class for my little ballerina this afternoon.

Today was my psych consult. I'm not sure how it went. I didn't have anything to tell her. I feel like she wanted something to be wrong with my childhood or with my adult life that caused me to overeat and I didn't have any traumatic experiences that caused me to become overweight. She said she would score everything and send it over to my doctor in a week or so. The whole process made me nervous.
My doctor doesn't require me to do the liquid diet before surgery but since I'm about 2 weeks away I thought I would try it anyway. I made some liquid shake out of some no sugar added powder thing and was going to drink it on my way to work. Had a few sips and it was awful. I kept telling myself I was going to drink it...passed McDonald's and got breakfast instead! :-( Felt horrible after! I will try again with a new drink tomorrow..does anyone have any reccomendations for something good?
