Hi all,

Today is a HUGE day!  We go get our stuff!!  Looking back, I am amazed at how long it took to get this all worked out.  What was exposed, closed and changed.  This will, unfortunately, make money issues worse but well, maybe this phone interview this morning will be positive.

What are you up to?

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

GL on the interview. Sorry I can't help ya move though, hope you get everything in order because heavens know you need all the help you can get.

Made SF Jello a bit ago and made sausage, eggs, and toast for everyone else here- told them I will NOT be cooking until about 2 weeks out and they are on their own when it comes to food. They all said it was ok they would manage- now why do I get the feeling my poor lil microwave is gunna get a workout, LOL.

Doing laundry today- was supposed to do it yesterday but I had one of those days where I was tired and I went to sleep was supposed to be a 2 hour nap but ended up turning into a 6 hour sleep. HAHA guess I needed it.
I am also going to get my kitchen cleaned up, needs a wipe down and swept and mopped- yes yes I know seems all I ever do is clean BUT in my defense sausage likes to snap and make things greasy feeling so there is that. I am making sure there are enough towels and all that put in the bathrooms and such and finishing going through some stuff I found in a box in one of the closets. So basically staying busy because if I sit down I am going to start dwelling on stuff I do not need to dwell on.

Hope everyone has a great Saturday.......

I'm at work all day, yuck! But it is a blessing to have a job so it isns't too much yuck! I just got my order of Quest protein bars and they taste great. And they have 17g of fiber. Boy I hope this helps with the 'slow' movements, if you know what I mean. They also have 20g of protein. They are only available online. If you are doing protein bars as meal replacements or snacks this is the best nutritionally I've found so far. 21 carbs but since it has the 17g of fiber (a carb that is not digested) it is only a net gain of about 4 carbs.

Hope all is well with everyone. I wish you good luck Paula in getting your stuff.

Today was working (also feeling blessed to have a job) and hanging out with my little family. Will do it all over again tomorrow.

Hi Paula,

I hope that the move and the interview went well.

I spent the day setting up, running, cleaning from or otherwise working on the Bariatric Aftercare Symposium we had in Raleigh today.

You were in my thoughts and I hope that today turned out to be a very GOOD day for you and yours.
