Sunny Sunday Roll Call

Hi all,

We may make it to church today depending on if we have gas and I can get my sweetie up.  He works swing shift and sometimes it's hard for him to get up.  Anyway, I am glad I have him for the next two days.  Two way conversation is important.  Oh, I love my little Jack, but her conversations are a little predictible, potty, snack, food, squecky.  Kind of limited huh?  We will probably grill outside.  He will probably be in the woods cutting down vines and brush.  He just loves the woods. 

What are you up to?

My son and his girlfriend has some mini ponys and they are going to take me to see them. Then I will go see my sister. I got to see the finals of the Next Food Network Star tonight. lol I am so hooked on that. Then I will be so tired I will fall out and be lazy till bed time. Have a good day all.

we got up early and did our grocery shopping for the week already. he's doing the laundry right now. The cat is trying to sit on my keyboard but it is nice to have her close by. Just not that close! I'll relax today, read a book, read the posts. I got that Hormel beef tips in gravy at the store. So much protein and so little carbs or fat - even though it has gravy. And the stuff melts in your mouth! That will be dinner. I can't stand to watch TV so I'll just read and play on the computer. Yesterday I swam a half mile again. It feels so good. And, amazingly, I lost another 2 pounds. I've been losing at a much slower pace so I weighed myself twice but it was true. Sheesh I love this surgery. It really does give us time to develop new eating habits and I'm trying.

Well clipped coupons. Went to Wal-Fart and got cleaning supplies and another card for my cellphone. Washed some rugs and a few other things today. I finally found the smell that has been itching at my nose for a few days now- it is the cat. LOL she is shedding like crazy and she left a few lil hairball gifts behind the couch. GREAT finding them- NOT.
This coming week is gunna be the last week PREsurgery and I have lots to do still but I figure if it doesn't all get done then it can wait........

Could it be any more humid today!?!? Gezzz!
