Sleepy Thursday Roll Call
Hi all,
Yawwwwwn, I guess my body has had enough of the air mattress. I can't seem to get comfortable. Today, another day in the house. I started knitting a new hat last night. Felt good to be keeping my hands busy. Today, no real plans except more job hunting. Applied for a few of them yesterday.
Our stuff supposedly is available to be picked up any time now, but now we can't afford it. So frustrating. Well, they say patience is golden. Anyway, what are you up too?

The best thing about TOM is losing all the WW at the end! I'm just 1 pound away from my first mini goal weight! Almost there!
Yesterday was so busy, I think I'm going to take it easy today! We got into some of the wild fire smoke yesterday in New Bern. I hope it stays down there! I just hate when we have it here. I feel like we are stuck in the house when it's smokey outside. That stuff can't be safe for my little one to breath.

So sorry the 'stuff' issue is ongoing. I don't quite know how you deal with the stress!
I'm at work on my lunchbreak doing relaxing by reading posts on OH. I've lost another pound but my weight loss seems to have evened out at about 1-3 pounds a week lately. Much better than a stall, though. Tonight we work out at the Y. Last time I was able to reach a big goal for me: I swam 1/2 mile! It was so satisfying. I can't wait to try it again today.

Thanks! It took me along while to get up to 1/2 mile - probably over a month. I have the advantage of being one of those people who floats and the disadvanatge of bad knees and back so swimming was my best option. I actually started ou****er walking and then went to swimming. I look like a dork because I use my snorkel mask and snorkel becuase I don't breathe correctly if I swim without them. I think it is a good cardio workout but I also know that I wouldn't get myself to do anything else. Some cardio is better than no cardio, right? But go**** feels so good to slide through tha****er!
