Help with widget

I have my weight tracking widget at the bottom of my posts. I have the weight I started at and what I want to be but my question is how do I update it to say what I weigh now? It is getting the best of me. I have looked everywhere I can find about this thing. Please any help would be greatful. also how do I get it to post on the bottom of my posts. I cant get it to show...
