Today I have to try to find a free copier. I have to deliver some papers to ABC11 today. I am hoping they can help with the mover issue. This is getting very stressful. Other than that, I have nothing planned. I was going to go to Grads Night but I have a very thirsty car lol. Anyway, what's up with all of you?

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.
Today I am going to work....already packed my lunch (tuna salad wrap, grapes and crystal light) and snack ( cheese stick & one slice of lean sodium-free ham). Sent some emails and paid some bills. Trying to stay on point with several nit picky things. Oh by the way....Happy First Day of Summer!

Today is my big day: I get to eat breakfast, not drink it. I"m going to have and egg with cheese - eighter ricotta or a low fat Jarlsbug. I may have a cracker with it or some cream of wheat cereal. I on't know what will fill me up. I'll start wit the egg and only do moreif I'm still hungry after 20 minutes.
The dr. cleared me so I am going to the Y to swim or water walk today. I can't wait to get my body in the water.
