Hugs and Kisses to all I am so caught up in life ,home, and family.
I am feeling great but having a hard time getting calories in I feel if I eat any more chicken I am going to cluck.
Food is becoming boring as hell and since I hardly ever feel hunger I know I have to eat.
One thing I have been doing is having a couple of lean meals from the frozen section.I always look for low carbs low sodium and protien.
There have been some changes with some foods I can now eat.
I am able to eat two eggs scrambled with cheese this is my favorie breakfast for now.
I am also able to eat a small amount of pasta and rice when I say small I am talking 1/4 cup.
I do not weigh because of my lymphadema but I know I am going down when my clothes get baggy.
I have to really focas on eatting and when I slowly get my calories in I feel great.
Still cant handle sweet things which is a blessing for me from how I used to crave them so bad.
As for the extra skin it is hanging like crazy but thanks to compression capries and my stockings it helps put everything in order.
I got a brand new cpap that is no larger than a alarm clock it is so cool it even has an SD data card in it.
I sleep so good at night and feel so rested in the morning!
As for my brother he is still on the list to have a kidney and liver transplant which will be done at the same time.
My brother looks so bad and all I can do is be supportive emotinally to him and his family.
Mom is doing good no major changes except I am seeing episodes of dementia.
My dear friend Becky who just turned 79 is having health problems with her neck and arm.
Yesterday I saw her at HT and she asked me if I would take her to the neroligist in July.
She said she needed me because she knows I will ask questions and explain things to her.
This made me feel good about her asking me and knowing how much more comfortable with me helping her and explaing medical stuff to her.
Lee and I are doing good we planted lots of roses and gardenias this spring in the front of the house the plants are doing great except for the darn deer who love to eat roses.
Doing research on keeping the deer away from my roses.
My hours at work have encreased which is always good and I am very happy with my job.
So any food ideas please send this way.
Annie
