Too Hot Thursday Roll Call

Hi all,

This heat is crazy but I had a feeling summer would be this way after the crazy winter we had up north.  Anyway, had a puter issue yesterday. I couldn't connect to the wireless at Starbucks.  I can't be on line much because of the limited internet we have.  So, many of my errands got postponed until today.  Job hunting is on my agenda right now.  So, that is what I will be doing on line all day.

What is on  your agenda?

I need to finish packing for our first family vacation in a couple of years. We are taking a trip to the beach to celebrate our daughter's 17th birthday and get in some relaxing family time. It's been more than 2 years since we've been able to do this, so it's long overdue and we are all really looking forward to it. I have the clothes, meds, etc... packed. I'm checking emails, paying bills and hopefully we'll be off in the near future.

It wasn't as hot today as it has been. We got rain here this morning it and seemed to keep the major heat at bay. Supposed to have more storms over the next few days, hopefully that will keep the heat tampered a bit too.

I got my medical records finally and just have to wait until the 22nd for my stress test. They read it within a day or two and then providing nothing is up with that then I will get my surgery date.
