Hi Michelle,

Since you are not gaining, I'm not sure that this is something that you need/want to do, but here is a link to a site dedicated to it. Basically, the 5 Day Pouch Test is a 'diet' that some people do if they think that they may have stretched out their pouch or think for some reason that it isn't working.

I don't know if this helps, but I experienced a 20 lb weight gain at one point and was able to get a handle on it and reverse the trend. First of all, I started logging my intake and activity. In doing that, I was able to see some trends that weren't supporting my goals. Basically, I was actually consuming more than I thought. I was also consuming much more carbs than I needed. I started to make sure that I was leading with about 4 ounces of protein before having anything else. Then I would follow with complex carbs and only then have simple carbs. I also made sure that I didn't drink before, during or after my meals. This really did help me take off the weight without much 'pain' involved.

Wishing you all the best,

Barbara
