I have no answers just sympathy. I went to my seminar with Duke in August of 07 and had my surgery in Dec. of 08. 5 of those months were due to insurance appeals but the rest was the (insert cuss words here) administration at Duke.  All I can tell you is to keep plugging at it and stay on your case. It really is worth it.

Not sure how you changed your first message, but my responce was to one not there any longer. I deleted to test the website but you see mine says member deleted message. Not sure what happened!!!!!!!

Wow! Thats freaky! Were you able to get anything accomplished with Duke?
