Anyone here in Roanoke Rapids?

So, is there anyone here that lives in Roanoke Rapids that would like to have a work out buddy? I have done great so far but I see myself slacking some in the getting in your exercise department, I definately dont wanna gain any weight back so I was thinking that I would do better if I had someone to work out with. So if anyone is here in town and you want a workout buddy, PLEASE let me know. By the way, I am down to 236 from 448 pounds. WOOHOO!!
