I am trying to post a new avatar but I can't seem to get the right size..can anyone help? I also posted some new pics of the "after"...on my profile page..
sometimes it bothers me that people can look at my pics and think that I'm just beginning this journey because I'm at the weight of some people that is just starting their journey BUT... since I started at nearly 500 lbs. and I'm now down to 225 I am very proud of myself and will continue on with my journey..It's been long..It's been very hard due to complications..BUT it has been SO WORTH EVERY MILE!!

Hi Deb,

Congratulations on you PHENOMINAL success. I'm sorry that your journey has been a bumby oad, but I'm so glad that you are reaping the benefits of it.

To size a photo for you avatar, the easiest method I know of is to go to www.picnik.com and up load a photo. Crop it as a square, then resize it to 100 x 100. Save the cropped image to your computer, then upload it.

i hope that helps,

Barbara
