Good Morning Everyone!
How was your day yesterday? What are your plans for today? Just need to ramble? Please come on in and share.
Yesterday was a very busy day at the office . I am finally very happy and content in my job. I may be busy each day but all the stress I was under the last year or so seems to have leveled off. Legally and technically I have had a new employer since the first of the year, although I still sit in the same seat in the same office. I feel very fortunate indeed.
All this being said, I am very happy to be returning to a very busy office again today.
I will continue to work on my low carb food plan. I find that I really function so much better on this plan. I seem to have gained so much more energy for the day when I practice the low carb way. I did not realize how may simple carbs had snuck back into my day until I started tracking it. I now drink my coffee with RTD vanilla protein shake as creamer and have been enjoying it while getting in that extra protein.
With the low carb, the energy may be there for my day, but I sleep a lot harder at night too. I wake up so much more refreshed then before.
