Hello all. Just here to say good morning to everyone. The only bad news I have is it is not Friday yet. It does appear Raleigh is in for another big snow next week, which will only stink because we will have make up school days.
My daughter had her gallbladder and appendics out over the Christmas break and had a very hard recovery, but I am happy to report she has finnally turned the corner and is doing well. It is much harder on a child to have their gallbladder out than us adults, I am so proud of her though she has fought thought it.
I have done amayzingly well over the holiday break. I have stayed at my goal weight and have eaten well. I still need to do more exercising, but can not muster up any more energy after work and running around after my kids schedules.
LIFE IS FABULOUS. Hope everyone is having a great New Year

Good afternoon to you all. Sorry to hear your daughter is having a tough time and during the holidays even. Glad she is doing well now. Its good to hear you did well over the holidays staying at weight. I did not lose or gain but I admit to not really doing anything one way or another to achieve this. I have such ingrained habits now that I don't vary much in my diet and eating routine even on 'those' days. Mostly I am anxious about getting back to classes. I checked to make sure my bathing suit fits correctly and happily it did since i have no money to buy a new one. It is actually a tankini and a pair of board shorts but they fit and I will be ready for my swim class and water aerobics class beginning on Monday. I am also prepared for my academic classes as well and just want to get started. I keep checking the school website everyday to see if my class syllabuses are posted but they aren't yet as of a few minutes ago. That is the last bit of preparation I need to get ready for Monday. Hopefully they will get them up this weekend. I am looking forward to the 15th to see everyone at our meetup.
