Has anyone else had this problem?

 I am 19 weeks.  Starting week 2 i starting with my protein shakes. I get up in the morning go in the kitchen mix up my shake and drink while i am doing everything i need to in that morning, About 2 weeks ago I got a phone call from my boss asking me to go into work cause there was no one there with a key..she called me at 845 and the shops opens at 9.  So i jumped up got dressed brushed my teeth and left.  I didn't make my shake....to be honest i totally forgot just walked out the door.  Once i got home about 3hr later i made my shake and took a few drink and about 5 min later i started feeling really sick!  Me and the toilet were friends for about a hour. I tried it the next morning thinking maybe i had some virus...nope over the toilet again.  I bought new milk to try the next morning to see if it was the milk but i could not even swallow it and ever since that moment i can not look, smell, think about that shake or i will gag! I have had to try a different flavor and different kinds but of course i can't find a thing i liked as much as the other before it made me sick.  I wanted to know if anyone else has had this issue or am i just crazy! I have notice that i am more nauseated than i have ever been during the day and not really wanting to eat but i make myself. What should i do now?
 This is my new start for my new life!

i can't stand the shakes either, but at this point you really don't have to use them any more. there are a number sources of protein and you can get in your 60 to 80 grams of protein in with food. look at shelly's blog called the world according eggface. you will find a number of wls friendly recipes. she also has protein shake recipes if you decide to try them again.

I know i don't have to use the shakes but i found it was easier to star the day off with 30 grams. The by the end of the day i was for sure have the required amount. I know i need to figure something else out but i think it will take some time to find something else that works.  Thank you for the info about the blog i will check that out!
