Good Morning Everyone! Tuesday Edition
How was your day yesterday? What are your plans for today?
Yesterday just zooomed right on by for me. Was exhausted by the time I left work for home. Today I can probably be able to expect some more of the same. With only one work day behind me, I am already looking forward to this weekend!
I hope to keep warm today with a lot of hot coffee and tea to keep me hydrated. I will continue to keep my food plan on the low end for carbs and protein forward.

i'm struggling with my hand, but other than that okay. i met with my jewelry making meetup group and enjoyed the gathering,,, of course, i'm not making any jewelry these days ;-)
like you, i plan to enjoy some decaf coffee and tea to manage my hydration. i may even see about some crystal light. i've been working on making sure i'm geting my supplements too.
duke raleigh is now doing wls and i'm delighted. i've started attending their support group meetings and really like them. since my dr left duke and i need a new dr, i've decided to see dr. jin yoo at Duke Raleigh. I love their warm, intimate, but fully faceted group.

Today I have begun to get things ready for first day of school. I am getting excited about going back to school. I am so happy that I can get back to school routine beginning Monday. The only difference is that I will be in new classes. I am really excited about my water PE Classes. I hope they will give me the right amount of working out to get a few pounds off. We will see.
