Good Morning Everyone! Monday Edition
How was your weekend? What are your plans for today? Come on in and share.
I had a very rejuvenating weekend. After putting in a 14 hour work day on Thursday and spending the first part of Friday running errands and doing chores, we spent the rest of the weekend resting and socializing with good friends. I hope to continue this trend throughout 2011.
Today should be a very busy day again at work. I will continue with trying to stick to a higher protein and lower carb diet for the next few days. This usually helps get rid of those cravings I seem to be getting in the evenings lately. I find even allowing a small amount of those slidder foods back into my plan brings on those evening cravings. Although I only eat sugar-free, those crackers and chips do slide right on down into my pouch with no problems.

i'm still recovering from my fall and broken wrist, please forgive my hunt and peck.
i'm being more vigilent about my supplements since my fall. i've always 'tried', but i have to admit to trying hareder.
my weight is holding steady.
i have found thst i'm having a lot of difficulty with pain managment. more than i expected. i'm going to call my dr sbout it. i'm having troublr sleeping
