I am kinda being lazy today. Watching TLC channels documentaries about the half ton people. Planning to check out OWN as well at noon.

i tried doing too much yesterday and that resulted in a rough night last night, so i've been taking it easy today. i haven't even made my carolina caviar yet and considering the past year i'd better get ben to help me get it done since we need all the good luck we can get.

i have been working on getting in plenty of fluids and my supplements.

Back from our FL vacation.  I am feeling much better to be home and on my own scale.  I did not have one @ the vacation house and stepped on the scale on my final day in FL (at my fathers house) and it was HIGHER than when I left!  OMG

I got home and I was down 2 pounds from when I left last week.  (insert sigh of relief here). 

Here is to a lighter and healthier 2011!  Cheers.

Now, if only I could blink my eyes and have the holiday decorations magically return themselves to their boxes and into the atic......
