Weight gain
I am not far behind you. I have sort of stuck at 160 pounds after getting to 150 for a short while. Curves is good but maybe you could consider a water aerobics class at the Y. I am a full time student so I have signed up for it at GTCC as one of my classes. But The Rush offers those classes to their members and an advantage is that you get a real good workout but don't feel the sweating and there is no stress on the joints. You don't have to be able to swim either. Before surgery it helped me take off 25 pounds in about 4 months. Also I answered another post from you. If you did not get that answer then email me at [email protected] or pm me here and I will contact you back with that answer about how to get to our support group here.

betty,
i'm really hurting and having trouble focusing right now, so i can't write a long response, but i've been where you are and gotten it back under control. i'll be glad to talk to you about how i did it. it is doable. i was up to 152 and now i'm abt 130 and it wasn't done with exercise. i know it's terrifying, but i'm here to tell you that you absolutely can manage this. if i could do it, so can you.
if i don't get back to you in a couple of days, please contact me. you have your pouch and there are a couple of other things you can put together with it to make this work.
