Christmas morning

 Santa was a sneeky elf he got me an new office chair so to return the favor I offered to make Lee a light breakfast knowing in a few hours we will have brunch with my mom.
So he said make him pancakes OMG anyway I olny had a cup of bisquick could not find my whole wheat flour so I opened two low sugar oatmeal packages and put it in the food processor and made oat flour.
As I was making pancakes I relized they were turning out to be crepes OMG I never made those and they turned out great.
Along with the crepes I cooked one Morningstar patties and split it between the two of us.
Actually I loved the crepes only did a small one.
My husband needs to make major lifestyle changes and says healthy eating has no flavor.
I asked him if he liked his breakfast he said he loved it.

I think if you just keep cooking like that for Lee and just keep making it flavorful and don't tell him how healthy it is, you'll both be happy and he'll be healthier.

Good tip.
We had a great day with my mom and she enjoyed our company.
The other day  I had one of the best talks with her I ever had OMG I had to wait to be 51.
I am finding this Christmas very emotinal .
Lee did say in the new year he was going to try to make better health choices.
His labs were pretty bad.

Merry Christmas my OH family.  I know I am a little late, but I have had a very busy day today with all my wonderful friends and family.  It has been a GREAT day in deed.  I am very grateful to have such wonderful friends and family.  I am blessed. 

I thank each and every one of you for being a part of my life and always supporting me when I need it the most.
