Merry Christmas!!!
This has been a rough week with getting my gas range hooked up.
Still no gas but have rallied with a new plan just to cook my mom Christmas brunch.
I managed to cook a beutiful asparagus,ham and cheese quiche in my toaster oven it came out great.
Cooked custard on the gas burner on the outside grill LOL poured the custard on fresh berries have made the romain salad I have everything ready to go to mothers at noon.
Lee and I are ready for a long winters nap tonight Lee has been only getting one day off a week for the past month.
So this Christmas I am grateful to have the energy to do all the prep work.
